The Hotel Costel is a housing form designed to lodge two street children from Bucharest.
The first prototype, placed in the center of Plaza Victoriei, was entrusted to a boy named Costel, who used to live in the channel beneath the square.
The materials used are : 2cm alveolar cardboard and polycarbonate. Is a boltless structure, self-assembled and easily transportable.
Inside there is a raised base which works as a bed or sitting place, and an equipped area.
The house is connected to the channel through a tube that allows to heat the base / bed acting also as a floor heating
